We are fully aware of your concerns about traveling and our team has been committed in its efforts to implement additional protocols and policies which enhance protective measures for our customers and team members. We have of course been guided by the standards and protocols in accordance with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).


It is important to note that our procedures include:

  • Actively working closely with government entities and health departments in every destination and country in which we operate, to ensure that our team members are updated on changing protocols and procedures
  • Implementing the following sanitation protocols for customers and team members:
    • More frequent cleaning of all transportation vehicles
    • Increased usage of hand sanitizer by all team members, including its availability on all transportation vehicles
    • Requiring that excursion suppliers follow sanitizing measures and hygiene protocols
    • Regular hand washing
    • Supplying preventive measures as advised by the WHO in every destination to all our customers and team members
  • Maintaining constant contact with each destination's partners and suppliers to understand their changing policies, procedures, operations, and preventive measures
  • Offering greater flexibility in our policies, to provide our partners and customers with the best options needed during this situation
